About the Author
Robin Lee Graham was born in 1931 in Los Angeles, California. He developed a love of sailing at a young age, and he built his first boat when he was just 12 years old. Graham's achievement earned him international recognition. He was awarded the Medal of Freedom by President Lyndon B. Johnson, and he was inducted into the National Sailing Hall of Fame. Graham continued to sail throughout his life, and he wrote several books about his adventures.
Robin Lee Graham died in 2020 at the age of 89. He left behind a legacy of courage, determination, and resilience that continues to inspire people around the world.
